Owner

My name is Britany Bentley.  I am of the belief that how we do one thing is how we do everything. My intention is to put my entire heart into every interaction, every person, every head of hair, gosh... every hair for that matter! I am a certified master colorist and have been doing hair for over 16 years. I have been a small business owner for over 10! I maintain a passion for the industry, hair, and all of the people I get to interact with every day, by always seeking out continuous education, and always learning new and exciting trends and techniques. I prioritize the integrity of the hair, as well as great communication, to ensure that everyone who walks out of our salon is absolutely in love with their hair, therefor feeling more confident and in love with themselves! I want everyone to look into the mirror and feel the love radiating from their hair!! I have a great love and understanding of people and the experience we get to have together. My mission in life is to spread love on a massive scale. I feel so honored and appreciative that I get to be part of a salon company that prioritizes sustainability, giving back to the community and the people we work with, and for, the customer, and each other! Owning this salon has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, aside from having kids🙂 I seek to always do business with a full and open heart, giving my all to everything I get to do, and all the people I get to interact with! I started my hair career in California over 20 years ago. Being a stylist has always been so enjoyable for me. I love the creative part of coloring and the chemistry of color. Throughout my career I have had the privilege to train with many outstanding Stylists. I have taken classes with top Hairdressers in almost every major brand. I specialize in coloring and cutting and enjoy that every day behind the chair is different. I am eager to learn always. I make it my mission for every client to feel their best after sitting in my chair.

 I am a mom of two girls and want to show them that hard work pays off.  I take pride in all I have done in my career, and I am always striving for more.

Salon Educator

I am from Latvia and I have been a hair stylist since 2007. My goal is to provide each client with a personalized look to complement their lifestyle and individuality, while making them feel special and beautiful. Haircuts and color are my specialty. I believe you can never stop learning in this industry, so I stay current with trends and take continuing education classes.

I am proud of my family, two daughters and an awesome husband. In my free time you will find me at the gym lifting weights, at home enjoying a glass of wine and a current TV series or getting into a good ole X-box game.

Hi, I’m Casey — a Colorado native with over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident, beautiful, and truly heard in my chair. My specialty is listening carefully to your goals so we can create a color and style that fits your lifestyle, personality, and maintenance preferences. I stay current with trends and techniques through ongoing education, allowing me to offer modern, customized looks for every guest. I especially love creating lived-in color that looks stunning both fresh from the salon and as it grows out naturally.

 My name is Carrie and I’m originally from San Diego but have been in Colorado for almost a decade. I have a passion for all things hair and with a decade and a half behind the chair I’ve seen everything from “I cut my own bangs in the bathroom” to the most seamless balayages. My philosophy is simple: I actually listen and pay attention, whether it’s dealing with a pesky cowlick or a total transformation we will figure out how to tackle it together. I believe getting your hair done should be the best part of your week. It’s a place to vent, laugh, (show me pictures of your dog), and leave feeling like a human again! I promise to give you great hair, honest advice, and only a little judgement if your best friend bleached your hair in the bathroom at 1 am last weekend.

When I’m not behind a blow drier and shears you can find me hanging out with my dogs (or petting other peoples!) or chasing around my toddler daughter!

Hi, I'm Sarah, I can't wait to meet you!

I’ve been in the salon industry for 25+ years and just as passionate as I was when I first started. When you sit with me, my top priority is to listen to you and ask the RIGHT questions to deliver the exact look you desire. I will also teach you how to achieve it. Your face shape, personality, amount of effort you’re willing to put in and lifestyle will all help determine what our options are to create with. I specialize in color corrections, curly hair and I love big transformations! I take the vulnerability first time clients feel to heart, and my goal is to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible before we start our process.

I have a zest for life, love to laugh and believe in being a good human. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me doing some sort of DIY project, craft or cooking. I love to garden, and my guilty pleasure is some good old reality TV. See you soon!

When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me spending time with my pup, crafting, cooking, or winding down with a glass of wine.
